We are a small team of teachers and human resources experts, who are passionate about foreign cultures and languages. We are aware that the foreign language learning market is saturated with companies, freelance teachers as well as preprogrammed apps that all promise to teach foreign languages. Our teachers go through a rigorous and extensive recruitment process to guarantee that they are the right fit for our UPword team. We look for passionate, kind, and well-traveled individuals with plenty of field experience with one-on-one teaching methodology. One of the main pillars of our recruitment strategy is adaptability to every unique student and their personal and intellectual needs, as well as their personality.

Our humanitarian efforts.
